Additionally, we host our website at CLOUDWAYS, an international online storage company where our site has dedicated resources.

This site has been optimized for current versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge browsers as well as for Safari for Mac computers.

The site is in principle accessible to users 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in the event of an interruption, whether scheduled or not, for the purposes of its maintenance or in the event of force majeure. If access to the service is not available, undertakes to do its utmost to restore access to the service; it will endeavour to communicate to users beforehand the dates and times of the intervention. The User must request prior authorization from the site for any reproduction, publication, or copying of various content.

The User agrees to use the content of the site in a strictly private context. Use of the content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

Any content posted by the User is their sole responsibility. The User agrees not to upload any content that may harm the interests of third parties. Any legal action brought by an injured third party against the site will be borne by the User.

The prices of our products are shown in Canadian dollars or euros and exclude taxes, if not otherwise specified. In the case of sales outside Canada and sales in euros, our services are tax-free.

The products appearing on our site are presumed to be available. If you have ordered a product that is unavailable after the validation of your order, you will be immediately informed. We will cancel your purchase. If the amount had already been debited, you will be immediately refunded.

Only one method of payment is accepted: the consumer must pay by credit card. When paying online, enter your card number, its expiration date and the 3 digits on the back of the card (Card Verification Value/Code). The required credit card and personal information is securely forwarded to an outside provider who is contracted to process the transaction.

We require full payment of the order for most products.

However, in the event of special offers and for certain products such as professional training in the New Creative Journal method, members have the option of paying in 2, 4 or 8 payments free of charge.

Refund policy

You may terminate your purchase at any time within ten (10) days of the date of purchase by contacting at, provided you have not yet had access to the training content. By registering for a training, and subject to the framework related to the Consumer Protection Act in Quebec, you agree that if you cancel your registration and request a refund, we may retain 10% of your payment in management fees.

Both this site and the terms and conditions of use are governed by Quebec and Canadian law regardless of where it is being used.
